She founded Bellus wines, a collaboration with some of the world's top winemakers farming organically and has now introduced Ramona, a wine spritzer. White wine, something white other than Burgundy. Rose and D'Angerville Jura from France.

Favorite wine and food pairing?

Champagne, Jerome Prevost La Closerie Fac-Simile and fried zucchini blossoms.

Favorite wine restaurant and/or bar?

Besides Charlie Bird and Pasquale Jones, EMP Summer and Nomad, all NY.

Favorite all-time wine?

1980 Henry Jayer Les Brulees (expensive) Fuoristrada (inexpensive).

Best wine around 15 bucks?

Red- Jauma from McClaren Vale, Australia

White- Craven Chenin Blanc from South Africa and Punta Crena, from Liguria Italy

We tasted a few cans of Ramona, a sparkling white wine from Italy with grapefruit and Bellus La Vie en Rose from Mendocino, California.
